Challenges of strategic planning in corporate social responsibility: A case of the oil sector


Abstract:

The objective of this research was to determine the challenges based on the difficulties that affect strategic planning in the compliance and management of the CSR projects assigned in its corporate plans. The study represents a case study of the public oil company Petroecuador. The methodology applied is qualitative. It is concluded that strategic planning allows to align the organizational objectives with each one of its practices, including those of CSR under a scenario of organizational challenges.
