Abstract:

It presents a theoretical debate about the emergence and evolution of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) as a novel term for Latin America and its characteristics in the socioeconomic context of Ecuador, where state enterprises have well conceived their vision and mission towards the internal The company or organization, without including in its perspectives and strategies, the interests and problems presented by the community or society where it is located, which will enrich the scientific debate of specialists in the economic area of South America.
