Citizen security based on ecuadorian legal regulations: Case of parroquia alpachaca, cantÓn ibarra

Abstract:

It was investigated on citizen security based on the Ecuadorian legal regulations in the Alpachaca Parish, period November 2020-March 2021. This right is affected by frequent crimes that threaten personal integrity. The research objective was to design a virtual conference plan, inserted in the constitutional guarantees on citizen security. The methods of empirical, analytical-synthetic level were used; deductive-inductive, historical-logical. Surveys and interviews were used as data collec-tion technique. It was concluded that citizen security is a right derived from the aforementioned fundamental principle. The Ecuadorian State has the duty to promote through the issuance of budgets that entail to the parish governments the power to create contingency plans.
