Citizens management in the social development. Construction from the political public

Abstract:

In participatory terms, the citizen and the State can promote or coopt the development of society from their interests and interactions in the public space, likewise, from the dialog of social co-responsibility, particular and general welfare can be promoted. To such effects, from the bibliographic, documentary and systematic review, the implementation of citizen management in development is analyzed, based on public policies generated by the Colombian State in the 2014-2018 period. It is concluded that the citizen can actively contribute to the achievement of co-responsible social development, if there is a concerted and deliberate public policy for these purposes.
