Classification of pedagogical professionalization processes in Medical Sciences
Abstract:
Introduction: the challenge of pedagogical professionalization is a reality arising from guidelines and agreements taken in Higher Education World and Regional Conferences. Objective: the present article has the goal to contribute with some classificatory criteria for the processes of pedagogic professionalization in Medical Sciences. Material and Methods: document analysis and systematization methods were employed, information management was carried out through exploration of online information resources and employment search engines such as Google and Scirus. Development: these processes act definitively on the quality of teaching, improving teachers' professional performance. Conclusions: teachers pedagogic professionalization comprises dissimilar aspects. Departing from theoretic and methodological positions that constitute referents for the design, study, implementation and evaluation of alternatives for the pedagogic professionalization justify the need for a classificatory criterion whose study and application tend towards Medical Sciences teachers professional performance transformation.
