ABORTION AND ITS LEGAL ARGUMENT IN CASE OF CATASTROPHIC DISEASES IN ECUADOR

Abstract:

This article is based on the great importance of life. Its main objective is to legally argue abortion in cases of catastrophic diseases, for which it will discuss criteria established in the equality of rights, through the mixed methodology by which it will be achieved through surveys the concordant results because of the quality of life of the person to come into the world, and at the same time the right to a dignified life will be established, considering the fundamental aspects of catastrophic diseases to guarantee the juridical goods of the people that are put at risk through the principles of legality of the Criminal Law, however, by principle of humanity they should be taken into account with the arguments of this article.
