Abstract:

The study of financial feasibility for the creation of a club resort recreative in the province of the Guayas, was realized by the aim to be able to determine the viability of realizing this project, for this the study was divided in some relevant areas for the execution of this one. It was begun by an investigation of the select place, to locate our project in Guayas (km 27), in that the principal characteristics and tourist advantages were established. Later there was elaborated a meticulous analysis of the aspects of the company and the service, complementing it with the analysis of the micro and macroenvironment.
