Cognition of equipment and generalized effects of training in aspiring army soldiers


Abstract:

Teamwork and collaborative integration is one of the fundamental competences in the training processes for aspiring Army soldiers. In this sense, this report shows the results obtained through a research program entitled Macroergonomía Militar in training schools of Army Soldiers, having as objectives the analysis of team cognition and the generalized effects of military training on aspiring soldiers of the Army. Army. In the study a quantitative paradigm was applied, having as a population 1227 aspirants to soldiers and a total sample of 332 units of information, corresponding to 10 squads selected at random, of the two levels of academic courses. Self-administered online questionnaires were carried out. The results report findings, that the shared knowledge is relevant for the functioning of the team and for obtaining the collective objectives, a strong cohesion support and treatment of the hierarchy. As well as exhibiting a good level of satisfaction in personal relationships, commitment to the organization and perceived support. It is suggested to continue deepening in the topic, because the understanding of the neurological effects and the role of the gamification of training, of the aspiring soldiers of the Army, according to these results, to innovate in the processes of Education and Military Doctrine.
