Collaborative autonomous system of information retrieval

Abstract:

The development of autonomous systems for the retrieval of information is booming given the difficulty involved in managing the volume of information available, which is growing exponentially on the Internet. This work describes the construction of a collaborative recovery system as a distributed system in which the system’s nodes retrieve, autonomously, public information available on the Internet. As result, the impact of formal semantic description on three abstract levels of the software is evaluated, namely: The description of information resources, the communication performatives and the interests of the system nodes. Measures of quantity of information were validated for supporting the autonomous collaboration in simulated configurations.
