Collective happiness in organizations of the third sector

Abstract:

The objective of this academic work is to analyze the level of happiness of volunteers in Third Sector entities through a simple random sampling. The findings reached are quite consistent with the principles established by the literature on the science of happiness. It is worthwhile to continue advancing the scientific study of this particular topic in order to determine if enhancing happiness within these organizations plays a key role in holistically improving the collective happiness of citizens in the knowledge society and new technologies.
