Abstract:

Because there is no vast commercialization of Choco- Coffee, chocolate-covered coffee, and taking advantage of the excellent production of the coffee bean in the province of Manabí, a market study was conducted in the city of Miami through surveys, which determined The viability of the project, where it will contribute to the change of the productive matrix, as well as to the reduction of the unemployment rate and the industrialization of traditional products in the country. The quantitative methodological aspect demonstrated the benefits of the commercialization of Choco-Coffee.
