Communication and organizations: Breaking paradigms in a 3.0 environment


Abstract:

This article contrasts the conceptions about traditional organizations versus current organizations' trends which are human centered and are known as 3.0 Organizations on which new ways of communication and connection through crowdsourcing. Literature review shows that even the models of organization have changed; the importance of communication becomes an action core, being just the media and tools, which have had an impact on this transformation.
