Competensy assessment methodology for Online Engineering Laboratories


Abstract:

This work shows a new way of evaluating online based competency-based methodology is applied on Flipped Learning (flipped class), applied in the Teaching learning process, in the period September 2014-September 2018 of the subject of Automatic Control of the Faculty of Electromechanical Engineering of the National University of Loja in Ecuador (UNL). The experiments were performed in delayed time, virtual and remote, a copper crushing prototype and a binary distillation column, respectively. Likewise, among the indicators that have been considered to evaluate the use of this method in students are: self-evaluation, co-evaluation and hetero-evaluation.
