Abstract:

Leadership has been carried out since the beginning of humanity applying guidelines and has evolved rapidly with the various ways of leading nations, organizations or any group of people. Today the leadership is constantly learning and evolving, because of the global competitive boom. The environment that is generated by the perceptions of the employee both physically and psychologically called working environment and married to the ends of the organization linked directly to a leadership style. The objective of this research is to identify how leadership affects the work environment in an organization, whose purpose will be a temporary contribution in Human Talent Management, for which the researcher makes an extensive review in high-impact databases and books of classics on the background of leadership, concepts, styles, characteristics, advantages and disadvantages to be used, as well as on the organizational climate, types and dimensions, for which the relationship of leadership in the work climate is determined by the application of measuring instruments Valid and reliable, concluding that leadership is the essential factor in the creation of a beneficial work environment and within all directions of current organizations.
