Complicaciones clínicas en neonatos de madres hipertensas estudio realizado en el Hospital General Guasmo Sur de enero del 2017 - a febrero del 2018

Abstract:

Preeclampsia, eclampsia, hypertensive disorders of pregnancy, intrauterine growth retardation, necrotizing enterocolitis. Hypertensive disorders of pregnancy have a high incidence, among pregnant women in Ecuador; in turn also a high morbidity. Neonates can have complications due to these disorders, as a result of the placental alterations seen in these disorders. In this study, 55 neonates with these complications were observed, of which the majority were women. Among the most frequent complications are intrauterine growth retardation, followed by necrotizing enterocolitis, followed by respiratory distress, bronchopulmonary dysplasia, retinopathy of prematurity, neonatal encephalopathy, and the least frequent were cardiac abnormalities.
