Abstract:

Obstetric and neonatal complications in adolescents have been become one of the most frequent social problems, which affects the public health, taking into account that this type of problem does not social abstract difference, because adolescents of all kinds have this kind of deterioration in their life. Teenagers who get pregnant always run the risk of have complications in childbirth, not only them but also newborns, This is how it has been shown that in the low and middle countries, babies mothers under 20 have the 50% higher risk of mortality prenatal or die in their first weeks of life. (Guevara, 2013) There are many factors that affect adolescent pregnancies which range from socioeconomic status, intrafamilial problems, lack of sex education, and in the worst cases of rape which can be one of the most alarming because it generates the presence of diseases Infectocontagiosas both for the mother and for him newborn. Globally, the negative social and economic impacts for adolescents, brings as a consequence that many of them leave pregnant women and they are forced to stop studying, which over time makes it impossible to find a job to support your child, the same thing that affects the economic growth of a country. Within an analysis that has been carried out in research at a worldwide evidence that 70% of pregnant teenagers have 16 Exact complications to those of an adult woman such as: pre-births terms, anemia, preclamsia, eclampsia, low birth weight newborns, traumas obstetricians, high risk of death during the first year of life, also the low development of the fetus that it carries in its belly.
