Comportamiento agronómico y rendimiento de dos variedades de zanahoria amarilla (Daucus carota L.) aplicando tres abonos orgánicos en la zona de Bolívar, provincia del Carchi

Abstract:

This investigation was carried out in the sector of Cuesaca, canton Bolívar, county of the Carchi; with the purpose of studying the agronomic behavior and yield of two varieties of yellow carrot (Daucus carota L.), applying three organic payments. The main objective was to determine the adaptation and production of two varieties of yellow carrot to the application of the organic abonadura in Bolívar's area, county of the Carchi. The established treatments were the varieties Chantenay and the Chanan the subtratamientos they were the organic payments Bioabor, it Upsets and Echo-Abonaza in dose of 1500 kg/ha, incorporate to the beginning before the siembra compared with an absolute witness without organic payment application. The design of parcels was used divided with two treatments, three subtratamientos and three repetitions. It was evaluated days to the germination, plant height to the 30,60 and 90 days after the siembra, diameter of the corana root y longitud to the maturity, days to the crop, weight of the root for unit of each net parcel and yield. The comparison of the stockings of treatments was made with the test from Duncan to 5%.
