Abstract:

English This piece of research is based on the line of research of management of social systems of the company, to analyze leadership (independent variable) and labor motivation (dependent variable). Analyzing as research problem, how does organizational leadership impinge upon labor motivation of employees of the Ecuadorian Society Pro-Rehabilitation of Crippled in Guayaquil City in 2016? The overall goal is" Analyze the influence of leadership on labor motivation of the staff of the southern headquarters of the Ecuadorian Society Pro-Rehabilitation of Crippled in 2016".
