Abstract:

The article is a study of the factors that affect users' satisfaction of the Metrovia System of Guayaquil, which since its inception has transported more than 807, 835,920 million passengers. As time has passed by, inconveniences have appeared, which for users are problems that are not solved, only temporary solutions which last a short time.
