Abstract:

Sensory theater seeks to break the boundaries between the spectator and the artist, where the spectator enters the staging; and his interaction and response transform the result of the work, because the fundamental thing is the cognitive process that moves the attention and focus of the audience to himself, where the stimuli, textures, body positions and all the movements interact on the participant, so that emotions, sensations, memories, evocations and imagination are being provoked and that constitutes the discourse of the staging. In this way there is a new dramatic composition, when transformed by the aromas, sounds, textures, emotions or sensations detonate the participant's memories and become elements that are integrated into the story, create and recreate it.
