Abstract:

The following document will highlight the rights to access information of individuals with visual and auditory impairments. Including individuals with disabilities to engage in everyday/ mainstream activities and take on roles and responsibilities same as those of non disabled peers, is known as inclusión for non- abled individuals (Or inclusión for disabled individuals). This implicates more than simple motivation of people; it is necessary to guarantee that there will be adequate policies and practices in organizations and communities. Throughout this investigation, the focus will be on learning each of the tools that will help media sources deliver coded messages to the targeted populations mentioned earlier. Furthermore, it seeks a large independence by those who are members of the visual and hearing impaired communities, so that they would no longer rely on the help of third member parties to access the information
