Comunicación y gestión académica y administrativa en el Colegio Fiscal Mixto Manuel Córdova Galarza de la ciudad de Guayaquil año 2012

Abstract:

The present project is the description of the processes for the investigation from the concerning aspects to the communication among the members of the educational community of the mixed fiscal school "Manuel Cordova Galarza", as well as its correlation with the concerning aspects to the aspects of academic and administrative administration, one carries out the investigation starting from the data provided by the educational institution, as well as the realization of surveys to the population study object, also the steps are described carried out in the preparation, development and implementation of an automated system of administration dedicated to improve the communication levels among the members of the Mixed Fiscal School "Manuel Cordova Galarza" of the city of Guayaquil, in which existed in the processes of academic and administrative administration to the moment to begin the investigation limitations, as well as limitations in the communication among the members of the institution, in the theoretical mark the aspects primordial base were specified to carry out the investigation for that which you gathers information with respect to the tools for design of systems based on the such web as: PHP, MY SQL and SYMFONY, tools that were employees for the development of the proposal as well as it was investigated the main aspects of the communication and academic administration - administrative, using as methodology the field investigation and bibliographical, for the analysis of the results you employment the electronic leaf of calculation, tool that I facilitate the elaboration of squares and graphics of statistical type. . The investigated topic is important because it will allow to characterize the essential aspects of the communication in the institution, as well as to know the strong and weak points of the academic and administrative administration in the institution, he/she also thought about a solution proposal that will contribute to strengthen and to optimize the communication and administration academic - administrative.
