Concepción pedagógica para el desarrollo de la competencia comunicativa desde la gestión escolar en Educación General Básica de la Unidad Educativa Abelardo Tamariz Crespo
Abstract:
This work addresses the communicative competence’s development in students of Basic General Education, from the dimensions of school management. The research was carried out from a study during pre-professional practices in the Educational Unit "Abelardo Tamariz Crespo". Also, it was detected through a diagnosis that based on the dimensions: coexistence, school participation and cooperation; pedagogical management; school safety management; and administrative management, there isn’t a section for the communicative competence’s development in students, especially when verbal reasoning is identified as the most deficient process in the results of the “Be Bachelor” test. It’s considered that the school management is responsible for conceiving, executing and evaluating viable strategic actions for the efficient communicators’ improvement. It’s a guarantee that children and youth have the opportunity to continue with their education and be active and responsible citizens and be able to facing changes and new social demands. This research uses the socio-critical paradigm and the qualitative approach, shows the reality of the educational context: that describes it, analyses and interprets to apply some improvement alternatives. In this sense, this work presents a pedagogical conception that describes the developing communicative competence’s importance in students from the school management.
