Conocimientos, actitudes y prácticas de los adolescentes medios del Colegio Nacional Mixto San Joaquín sobre discapacidades en los recién nacidos. Cuenca año lectivo 2011 – 2012
Abstract:
In the present work of investigation, CuasiExperimental realized a study of Descriptive type, to 177 average teenagers of the National Mixed College San Joaquín, and the age group 14 years of highest percentage representing 34,4% of students, with the aim to raise his knowledge on Disabilities in Newborn children; emphatically in Pregnancy in Teenagers like factor of risk for a Disability. This investigation began, fulfilling a precaps to determine the current knowledge of them and the teenagers; with the obtained information, an educational workshop was realized, then to proceed with the poscaps. The results, they showed that with the application of the workshop, the knowledge rose of them and the teenagers to 58.8% of pubertal changes, and 58.21% the most relevant information was the knowledge on the consequences that the pregnancy brings in the adolescence and the consequences that this one can bring to the child in gestation, they are experiences that can leave fingerprints difficult to erase. In addition there was elaborated an Educational module related to the topic, which submitted to the college.
