ANÁLISIS DE LAS RELACIONES PÚBLICAS EN EL DEPARTAMENTO ADMINISTRATIVO DEL PERSONAL NO DOCENTE DE LA UNIVERSIDAD DE GUAYAQUIL, EN LA FACULTAD DE COMUNICACIÓN SOCIAL Y SU INFLUENCIA EN EL TALENTO HUMANO EN EL AÑO 2016


Abstract:

The problem of this investigation is: How is the public relations analysis in the different departments of FACSO, University of Guayaquil, and its reception by people from 40 till 70 years old in Guayaquil city in the year 2016? The general objective is to analyze the influence of public relations inside of this institution and its departments and the acceptance of the public relations by employers from 40 till 70 years old in Guayaquil city in 2016. The hypothesis is: The interpretation of public relations in human talent is visualized through the characteristics of reception carrying out as an incentive motivation to perform their roles in their relative section of work. In the theoretical framework there are the following varieties: a) Reception Characteristics b) Motivation. The design of the research was non-experimental transactional. Type of the research is descriptive. The methodology is materialistic. The research techniques were: bibliographic investigation, documentary research, role change, projective graphic test, survey, ideal stage technique, Thurston’s scale, scale of intensity. 54 people were participated in the interview. Results provided the detailed information about the effect that was obtained from the sources during the research process and through the surveys, applied in the public interview created by administrative department of the Faculty of Social Communication.
