Consumer behavior of tourist destinations in ecuador


Abstract:

Concern for consumer behavior has led different authors to develop behavior models for it in general and for tourist destinations in particular. The objective of this work is to analyze consumer behavior in the commercialization process of the tourist destination Sucre-San Vicente de Ecuador and present a model that allows the commercialization of the tourist destinations addressed. For this purpose, a quantitative research was used that, from the hypothetical-deductive, systemic-structural and historical-logical analysis and synthesis methods, were obtained as economic and commercial indicator results, contributing these to the construction of a model. It is concluded that the stages designed in the model allowed to achieve changes in the behavior of the tourist consumer, integrating the marketing management and facilitating in turn the conditions of sustainability in the tourist activity of Ecuador.
