Abstract:

The present document takes under consideration the study of the problematic in the Faculty of Administrative Sciences of the Technical University of Ambato in reference to the development of the human talent, within the framework of the investigation a strategic vision is devised to determine as object of study if The development of the human talent applied to teaching and non-teaching staff contributes to the management of the performance of the collaborators, the research team considers the feasibility through the bibliographical and documentary research that is carried out in order to obtain the theoretical foundation, that serves As a starting point for starting the research, take into account that the development of human talent is a fundamental axis of organizational management and is directly involved in the development of the functions that employees must fulfill in their jobs, in The context of the research and in the course of the advances is necessary to consider as something that influences the organizational management, due to the limited process of staff development in the institution, such as not having basic processes of induction, continuous training and plans Of career that contribute directly to the performance of teaching and non-teaching staff, it is observed that in reference to the data obtained the performance is not a considerable contribution in the management, therefore it is necessary to propose a mechanism that contributes to the problems Immersed in the institution, present processes that help to systematize under a simple scheme that contributes to the fulfillment of human talent development, which as results will increase the performance of teaching and non-teaching staff, which in the future will have results in organizational management , Fully complying with, the proposed objectives proposed for the management positions of the academic unit .
