Cost benefit analysis when using software for the diagnosis of illnesses and medical treatments

Abstract:

In the present article an empirical application of the cost benefit analysis is carried out. The comparison of the benefits derived from the treatment of some diseases with the required costs allows obtaining a useful indicator on the economic viability of the implementation of software for medical diagnoses capable of offering a fast treatment to reduce the conditions that patients are suffering in certain circumstances.
