Abstract:

At this present time 30% to 45% of the world population has been diagnosed with celiac disease and or irritable bowel syndrome. This percentage has increased notoriously. Due to the high number of people who suffer from celiac disease and or irritable bowel syndrome, the focus of this project is to find and to establish different alternatives to offer to the clients the option to eat healthy food while the protein of gluten is excluded. This project includes a marketing plan based on results given by surveys which were created to obtain information for this project.
