Cómo optimizar el clima laboral desarrollando una buena comunicación en el área de Control de Selección del Instituto Nacional de la Meritocracia.
Abstract:
Industrial Psychology Investigation, specifically on Personnel Communication and Working Environment, its main objective is to optimize working environment developing a good communication in Control Selection Area of “Instituto Nacional de la Meritocracia”. The hypothesis states that good communication generates good Working Environment. Co-relational Investigation with non-experimental design. The general conclusion states that a good communication generates good working environment, with the recommendation that training, workshops have to continue so as to motivate personnel in the best way, so that communication generates good working environment. This has to be performed in a periodical way, with diagnoses, so as to contribute to continuous improvement.
