Diseño de la estructura orgánica institucional de la dependencia de turismo del GAD Caluma.

Abstract:

This research work aims to propose a design of an institutional organizational structure of Tourism Unit in the GAD Caluma that contributes to the tourist demand of the area. The research-action method was chosen because it is governed by a meticulous process to solve the problems of the investigation and thus be able to fulfill the objective of creating a change in the presented reality. The approach used in this research is qualitative, because in this way the knowledge of experts can be obtained to carry out the tourism management model. Field research and descriptive research are the type of tools necessary to carry out research that has a qualitative approach, since it will be possible to analyze the problems encountered and make the corresponding hypotheses. The data will be obtained through the primary sources and thus find the relevant information through direct contact with the source, for example: interview with the councilors of GAD Caluma. The instrument that was used was the interview with the councilman of Caluma, Mr. Víctor Hugo Figueroa Aguiar, who thinks that creating a tourism headquarters within the GAD Caluma would be essential to start undertaking tourism within the canton. As a proposal for the present title work, a model of tourism chief for the GAD Caluma was presented, with its respective organizational chart and ordinance.
