Abstract:

We want to industrialize the process, changing the traditional way of doing these sweets into a more technical way. According to studies, the market is prepared to develop a new product from the fruits mentioned. The research was based on a market survey to determine how many people, especially school children aged 9 to 14 years in the canton of Cayambe, would like to consume products already made from these fruits.
