Estandarización del método para alcoholemias por cromatografía de gases
Abstract:
The ethanol intake has been linked to unfortunate consequences at the social level, family and legal; remain important the development of methods for the detection of ethanol in blood, more reliable test at quantitative level. In the present work was realized the first phase of the optimization of a method for the alcoholemia analysis by gas chromatography with direct injection and detection of ionization of flame (GC-FID). There was realized the optimization of some qualitative and quantitative parameters, including stable retention times, selectivity of the method demonstrated by the absence of interfering substances in the analysis; linearity at low levels with a coefficient of determination R2 = 0,996. The applicability of the method in a grouping of 33 samples with different taken ethanol concentrations how points of reference of low, average and high concentration. The quantification was carried out by internal standardization through the use of an internal standard (n-butanol) and the external standardization through the calibration curve to 4 levels.
