Estudio de la influencia del clima organizacional en el desempeño laboral de los colaboradores del área operativa y administrativa.


Abstract:

The purpose of this research is to identify the influence that the organizational climate has on the work performance of employees in the operational and administrative area of the Beer Production Company in the period 2021. The applied methodology emphasizes the mixed method. The type of research considered was descriptive and exploratory. The sample determined was 34 collaborators who are classified as 4 directors, 22 from the operational area and 8 from the administrative area. The applied technique was the interview to the superior directors of the current company and the survey to the collaborators of the areas expressed through two validated questionnaires: "Perception of Organizational Climate" and "Perception of Work Performance". The results indicated that the Pearson coefficient was 0.85, which describes that there is a positive direct correlation between the study variables. On the other hand, the determination coefficient was 0.72, which indicates that there is a significant correlation between the variables. In addition, it is suggested to improve and strengthen dimensions such as communication, labor involvement, personal fulfillment, motivation, training and personal development that the company requires to have a better degree of performance in them due to the effectiveness of its organizational climate.
