Evaluación de la satisfacción del usuario externo en el proceso de admisión del Centro de Salud tipo A Piñal de Arriba Distrito 09D19 Daule, Nobol y Santa Lucía.
Abstract:
The present study "Evaluation of the satisfaction of the external user in the admission process of the Health Center Type A Piñal de Arriba District 09D19 Daule, Nobol and Santa Lucía". It is carried out with the purpose of determining the level of satisfaction of the external user of the aforementioned health center, through the analysis of data obtained with the application of a validated questionnaire, considering that the quality of the services provided in this type of institution always they become an aspect that must be improved as a result of nonconformities and satisfaction of the users of the public health service. Methodology of quantitative approach, of a quantitative and descriptive type, we worked with scientific methods: analytical and statistical that allowed us to clearly know the level of satisfaction of the users of the service and the factors that influenced the quality of care provided. Regarding the results, it was obtained that the satisfaction of the users of the center is average, representing 51% in accordance with the service, a large percentage of dissatisfaction was found regarding the treatment, resolving doubts regarding the disease and treatment. . The objective of the proposal is to reinforce knowledge and develop skills and abilities and improve the attitudes that the personnel have when carrying out their work. It will be executed considering two fundamental parts that consist of a training plan for the health personnel that works in the center with the purpose to provide strategies to solve different problems that may arise in the center and thus improve the quality of care for users.
