Experiencias de escolarización de estudiantes venezolanos migrantes y docentes en el subnivel superior de educación general básica, en instituciones educativas en Guayaquil, año lectivo 2022-2023


Abstract:

This research explores the schooling experiences of Venezuelan migrant students and their teachers in the upper sub-level of General Basic Education in educational institutions in Guayaquil, school year 2022-2023. The study used a qualitative methodology. The results showed that teachers play an important role in the schooling process of Venezuelan migrant students because their motivation, vocation and relationship dynamics open the way for this group to feel motivated not only to learn but also to create bonds with their classmates. On the other hand, it was noted that the Venezuelan migrant children and adolescents enjoy a pleasant experience with their teachers and other classmates because the local students are very receptive and they are usually the ones who take the first step in socialization Key words: EXPERIENCE, SCHOOL ADAPTATION, TEACHING ROLE, MIGRATION, SCHOOLING, INTERCULTURALITY
