Gastrobar: Pachamama
Abstract:
Pachamama is focused on spread Ecuadorian gastronomy delighted in a different way, in the form of tapas. Our concept is to create a Gastronomy establishment adapting Ecuadorian food like snacks or better known as tapas. Those gastronomic businesses are called gastrobars which use innovative techniques. Similarly, to promote Ecuadorian wines without leaving aside the traditional Ecuadorian drinks in order to create a food culture in our country. On the other hand providing an environment inspired by nature, supplemented by a trained staff and products which satisfy quality standards. We will perform marketing strategies to attract customers, positioning the brand in the market to achieve our business franchise within a short period. We will introduce a marketing plan in order to attract the attention of the guests, implementing creative promotions.
