Incidencia de preeclampsia en gestantes que acuden a un centro de salud tipo C de la ciudad de Guayaquil, febrero 2019 - febrero 2020.


Abstract:

Pre-eclampsia is defined as tensional quantities kept over 140/90 associated to proteinuria in pregnant women with gestational age over 20 weeks. Higher numbers of maternal and perinatal mortality. Aim: to determine the influence of pre-eclampsia in pregnant women. Methodological pattern: quantitative, descriptive, retrospective and transverse study. Population: 80 pregnant women who revealed pre-eclampsia during the period of February 2019 to February 2020. Instrument: it was created an indirect observation guide through the inspections of clinical records. Result: 40% corresponds the ages between 21 to 25 years old, 72% women with gestational age of 36 to 39 weeks, 78% Ecuadorians nationality, 66%. Academic level: bachelor, 35% overweight, 35% with 1 or 2 prenatal monitoring, the 47 did not have any child, 85% any abortion. Clinical manifestation: the 24% migraine, and 19% nausea and vomiting, in associated causes: the 23% inadequate controls; 19% of IMC augmented, 18% of nulliparous women. Complications: 31% metabolic disorder, 25% of pre-eclampsia and from the types, the 50% slight and the 46% severe. Conclusion: it concludes that 80 cases of pregnant women who presented pre-eclampsia show an-age between 21 and 25 years old with a gestational age of 36 to 39 weeks, from Ecuadorians origin, with bachelor as academic level, a big high level of inadequate prenatal checkups, ands as relevant fact, big part of pregnant women were primiparous woman with excessive body mass, also with problems such as: metabolic disorder and pre-eclampsia. The state of pre-eclampsia that predominated the most was the mild state.
