La Experiencia de la escolarización de los migrantes venezolanos que acceden al Nivel de Educación General Básica Superior en Guayaquil, Ecuador
Abstract:
This research aims to describe the experiences of schooled education in Venezuelan migrant children and adolescents of the Higher General Basic education level in the schools of Guayaquil city, from 2020 to 2022. Specifically, this study focuses on the experiences that Venezuelan migrant children and adolescents have had in relation to their classmates, their teachers and the fulfilment of their academic obligations within the schooling process. The research method used in the present investigation had a quantitative approach. The information gathering technique was carried out through surveys where relevant and interesting data for the research were established. The scope of the study was descriptive and the experiences of schooled education were deepened. The results indicated that Venezuelan migrant children and adolescents are enrolled in the public education system of Ecuador and that the experiences they have had within schooling are mainly focused on academic issues, but not on the social relations they may have with their classmates and their teachers.
