The assessment of a MOOC is an important part of the instructional design. It gives tools to students to self-evaluate through learning. The objective of this paper is to analyze the studentś assessment results from an Office Automation MOOC created at a Polytechnic Ecuadorian school. Students' assessments evaluation will focus on exercises developed on the LMS (phase one), on a theoretical exam (phase two) and a face to face practical exam (phase three). The office automation MOOC assessment period corresponds to 2019-2t. The results showed that students don't see the videos, they prefer to accomplish the activities in the MOOC to success phase one of the assessment; students know about general topics but don't know about specific tools or applications, being Word application the less understood. Students mastered Excel more than PowerPoint. Additionally, the analysis of the activities of the MOOC in phase one, brought more comprehension of what happened in the phase three (face to face exam).
