Power systems teaching at Universidad Simon Bolivar, Venezuela

Abstract:

In this paper, the author presents the actual contents for two courses in Power System Analysis which are part of the curriculum for Higher Technical Education, carried at the Universidad Simon Bolivar, Venezuela. It is also described a proposal and its scheduled distribution of the subjects and the justification for using any PC application, specifically designed for load flow studies.
