Propuesta de mejoramiento del servicio hospitalario mediante la creación de un Centro de Hemodiálisis en el Hospital Clínica San Francisco.


Abstract:

In the city of Guayaquil it has been showing an increase of nephrology patients seeking to undergo regular hemodialysis procedures and permanently. This increase in such patients has led to the current dialysis centers hundred percent not cater to market demand and end the service provided does not meet the patient's expectations. As the San Francisco clinic a hospital of third level with a considerable amount of patients per year can not meet the demand of service in inpatient Hospital. The objective of this proposal is to create a dialysis center capable of providing a differentiated service community and also to support the Hospital Clinic in San Francisco if required and not limit the income of chronic renal patients at this nursing home through implementation of high quality standards, aseptic, warmth, efficiency and effectiveness in every part of the process. It has collected market information from patients, families and professionals related to the environment. Interviews and quotes with suppliers and entrepreneurs related to this business were made. There is approximately $ 1,000,000.00 funding and approval for the use of the corporate image for better market positioning. Hemodialysis Center will feature premium facilities, technology, highly trained staff and a personalized service according to the needs of individual patients (Kids, Teen, adults), transfer facilities, counseling, family education programs, theme cubicles continuous monitoring of cases, availability of specialists related to a return between 90% and 132%. Shunts authorities and the Clinical Hospital San Francisco ensure a minimum level of required patients.
