Propuesta de una guía gastronómica de platos típicos del cantón Gualaceo
Abstract:
This monograph project recollects the traditional recipes from town of Gualaceo, using the traditional goods from it own land and by looking forward to investigate and elaborate original recipes. So far we have found various recipes that have become part of the culinary art. In total, we have elaborate about 20 recipes which we distribute them among soaps, entries, genus, sweets and drinks. In order to explain the culinary methods used, we have tried to create an innovated recipe book. In which includes photographs of each recipe and descriptions of the methods been used, time management, temperature, ingbkp_redients, utensils and steps of preparation. In addition, we interview to the most important people in the town, which in fact they are the protagonist of this investigation not only by giving us their recipes but by telling us the stories that comes with them and the tradition ingrained in every recipe that has pass from generation to generation.
