This study was an action research theoretical and practical type, with the main characteristics of those surveys: the largest percentage will represent the group of 19 to 25 years with 47.8% residing in urban and rural areas, the kind of single parent family was predominant with 45.6%, according to the level of primary instruction predominated. The gestational age of the children was less than 28S.G. to 36 S. G, the age group of 31 to 36 weeks was the highest percentage 71.1 %. Unwanted pregnancy is presented in 53.3 % of the cases. It is recommended to motivate mothers and fathers to strengthen the weaknesses found in Early Stimulation, thereby improving the quality of care of the preterm.
