Relación entre clima organizacional y el desempeño laboral en el personal en una clínica prestadora externa de salud en el cantón Durán.
Abstract:
The general objective of this research project was to analyze the relationship between the organizational climate and work performance in the personnel who work in a clinic providing health services to the IESS in the Duran canton. The methodology used to carry out this research was quantitative and correlational in scope. The correlational scope is the one that seeks to establish the relationship between two variables statistically. For this research, this type of analysis is carried out using the Spearman correlation coefficient, the variables to be investigated were organizational climate and work performance. Personnel surveys were conducted according to two questionnaires with various dimensions, applied to a sample of 72 people, measuring the research variables. The main results were lack of values, little professional development and lack of infrastructure for the organizational climate variable, while that of work performance, difficulties were presented when performing certain tasks due to the lack of knowledge and skill in the assigned tasks. It is concluded that there is a moderate and significant positive correlation between the variables work performance and organizational climate. Based on these results. A proposal was presented, which proposes a program to promote and improve the organizational climate and work performance of the professionals who work in this health home, strengthening aspects such as the relationship between collaborators and greater control of performance and in turn strengthening knowledge.
