The webquest in nursing learning: Evaluation of its use from the students’ perception


Abstract:

This study aimed to evaluate the WebQuest learning strategy used in addressing the theme of Legal and Regulatory Framework for education and professional nursing practice at the national level. Corresponding to a mixed research of concurrent type, 47 students participated both in the application of the survey and in the focus groups, each methodological approach was examined separately and, in the discussion, the emerging issues that were common in the evaluation were exposed. The most relevant result selected is the strategy selected for students familiar with the cases that required to solve the problems, a weight of not having any previous experience in the field of Nursing and health. In conclusion, teachers in the field of nursing are called to value innovative teaching proposals that promote the collaborative use of content.
