USE OF THE FLIPPED CLASSROOM TOOL IN BASIC TEACHING. A RESPONSE TO THE PANDEMIC
Abstract:
The work analyzes the theoretical guidelines of the Flipped Classroom methodology and presents as its objective the proposal of a methodology. A mixed investigation is proposed, based on the theoretical review of works that have contributed to its development, the use of analysis-synthesis methods; induction-deduction and a conceptual map is obtained that summarizes a proposal for its application and a set of characteristics that systematize its advantages and limitations. It is applied to an experimental group and it is compared with a control group in the Natural Science subject of fourth grade at the Guillermo Arosemena Colonel school. In the experimental group, the acquisition of competences by the students stands out, such as: autonomy, ability to learn to learn and development of teamwork with the application of the Spearman Correlation test; as well as better results in the teaching-learning process. Similarly, a survey is applied to the parents, proven to be reliable and valid, which allows the use of the Iadov test and the Net Promoter Score with results that show satisfaction, feasibility of application and willingness to recommend.
