Collaborative T-learning: Bringing greater levels of interactivity into the home

Abstract:

T-learning -the provision of educational services over Interactive Digital TV - is emerging as a important medium to create opportunities for learning at home. In this paper, we elaborate on a framework for the development and deployment of collaborative t-learning services, presenting an architecture that allows distributing the logic of a service, a way to define complex interaction patterns among users and a network infrastructure that provides adequate support for the communication needs. © 2005 IEEE.
