La escuela y su rol como agente de cambio: las experiencias de los estudiantes en torno a la promoción de la justicia social y ambiental desde la implementación del modelo Chango en instituciones educativas de las provincias de Manabí y Santa Elena en el período 2019 - 2022


Abstract:

The following qualitative descriptive study has the general objective of describing the experiences lived by the students regarding the promotion of social and environmental justice due to the implementation of the Chango Model in their schools. A transformation at the social, environmental and cultural level is evident in the results found after implementing three workshops with instruments such as Silhouette, Cartography and Observation; each one applied in order to respond to a specific objective respectively. However, the difference between the experiences of a community with three years in the project (Ayampe) and one that has only been months (Curía) is notable. Because it is a recent Model, there are still certain areas that must be strengthened at a social and cultural level.
